Mahalo for reaching out! Our Care Kits consist of individually-wrapped disposable day pads, night pads, tampons, liners and wipes.

For Individual Requests: If more than one person in your household needs a Care Kit, please submit a separate form for each person. In the comments section, note that multiple kits should be sent to the same address. The contact information can be the same for each recipient.

Note: Ma’i Movement Hawai’i receives menstrual products donated by others; and we often receive donations of loose menstrual products or opened packages of menstrual products; that we may purchase menstrual products; and that we are donating the menstrual products to the recipient with no consideration received.
