211 is Hawaii's only statewide hotline that connects you with the info and resources you need.

Planned Parenthood of the Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands

The organization, in partnership with communities, advocate, educate and provide health care to support sexual health and wellness for all. They provide high-quality, affordable sexual and reproductive health care for women, men, and teens.

'A 'Ohe Hana Nui Ke Alu 'Ia

No Task is Too Big When Done Together by All

Through workshops and retreats on aloha ʻāina, mental health & holistic healing, Pua Mohala helps ‘ōpio (young adults) become culturally conscious adults.  They run Mahina + Me retreats that aim to reclaim indigenous practices to celebrate the moon (menstrual) cycles.

Happy Periods Hawaii is dedicated to helping homeless women in Maui and Hawaii obtain supplies so that the choice is no longer “food or menstrual products”.

I Support the Girls-Hawaii is a chapter of the organization, I Support The Girls, which helps homeless folx that need bras, underwear and feminine hygiene products. 

Hawai’i Student Care Resources is a student-led organization that is helping students feel comfortable at their school and have their needs met.

Feminine Flow is a program that teaches you about your cycle and your own unique nervous system responses so feelings of shame and judgement can dissolve, leaving more space for you to show up grounded and connected to yourself and your body.

Lei ‘Ilima is a school-based, gender specific prevention program for girls based at Ilima Intermediate School and Ewa Makai Middle School that offers an after-school club, Girls Circle, a school transition program, and family strengethening component.
